I am an enthusiastic and positive person who

independently. I work to the best of my ability and am always willing to push
myself to achieve more. I am friendly, adaptable, ambitious, confident,
self-motivated and someone always with a smile on their face.
I am always eager to learn new skills as well
as improving my existing skills as I
believe there is always room to improve and expand your skill range set. I am a
quick learner and I am always up for a challenge. I am used to working under
pressure and under to time scales as this was a requirement with my previous
positions.

Experience
NV Creations dental laboratory (December
2014-August 2015)
Worked as a part-time model maker (3 days a
week 9am-5pm)
This role in the laboratory is one of the most
important as it forms the basis of the dental technicians work; it is important
to have the models made perfectly with no impurities and follow the
instructions exactly otherwise if you make mistakes it would delay the overall
manufacturing process and add extra pressure to colleagues.

in this role, I was making appliances for the
patients which needed a lot of skill and understanding of the appliance and
oral anatomy, so I learned from my mentor how to produce the different
appliances. The job was highly pressured and I had to learn quickly from my
mistakes; I received many compliments on the standards of my work. I also communiacted with patients on some
days over the phone and frequently used Excel for work planning.
Royal Trafalgar Hotel (Thistle)
(3 days a week 7am-4pm)
I worked as a host in the hotel looking after
the guests and taking care of room service and the restaurant.

I have a passion for video editing and in most
of my spare time try and improve my skills and produce videos that include
special effects and manipulation. I have 9000+ followers over various social
media networks that watch my videos and give feedback that is mostly always
positive. I also enjoy and take an interest in sports such as swimming and
basketball which has helped me achieve and set personal goals in both teamwork
and individual tasks.

Different methods of getting freelance work:
-Make a show-reel on YouTube and share it among others; to get noticed and gain clients and attraction.
-Sign up for a freelance site in the given category to get notified when there is a job available.
-Do work for free to gain clients and to also put it on your portfolio.
-Look at job sites such as indeed.com as they have a wide variety of jobs in your area; studio based or home based.
-Be proactive and to also promote yourself.
